Looking upstream from the shadow of a cliff with Native American drawings over the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in the Frank Church Wilderness of central Idaho.

Link Jackson was raised in the North West and roamed the wild places with a father that was a backcountry guide and avid sportsman. The Great Outdoors, Art and photography became powerful influences at an early age. Link pursued and studied these passions throughout school and college. During his college years he sold watercolor paintings which helped pay his tuition to earn degrees from College of Idaho.
